Acting Professional: Behavioral Tips and Tricks No One Teaches You

Presentation Outline:

You've learned your basic work skills through years of education and training.  Hopefully a good leader has taught you the basics of being a working professional.

But now you're engaging in higher level meetings with clients, vendors, and colleagues, and hopefully attending more conferences or industry events. However, most likely no one has ever mentored you on making the most of these opportunities.

I've realized over a 20 year career that there are certain behaviors many seasoned professionals do repeatedly  While these actions are often unspoken, they are widely accepted across the board.  I have had to learn some key professional behaviors by simply watching, absorbing, and trial and error.

To help you fast track your professional behaviors, this webinar will highlight some of those tips and tricks professionals use on a daily bases, including:

  •        attending business meeting,
  •        making the most out of professional events,
  •        using business cards to their full capabilities, and
  •        leveraging your professional network.
