Essential Skills: Communication
Presentation Outline:
Effective communication is an essential tool in maintaining strong, lasting working relationships both professionally and personally. This is particularly true when operating remotely and navigating uncertain times. Clear communication fosters trust and increases productivity, output, and morale in general. Once called a "soft skill," the importance of communication is now recognized as "essential" for success. We will discuss written and verbal communication, understanding how cultural norms affect communication skills, and how to build relationships and communicate effectively between business and technical teams.
