Preparing for schema changes often requires tracking down everywhere a dataset is used, a process that can feel like searching for a needle in an aprx haystack. This presentation introduces a set of automation tools that scan ArcGIS Pro projects to identify and find maps, layers, layouts, and data sources. These tool helps GIS teams quickly locate projects and services that reference specific feature classes, dramatically reducing the time needed to manage data updates and enterprise data more efficiently. The session will demonstrate the tools and share practical examples from an enterprise GIS environment.
